This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the Site, browse or buy artwork, sign up to our mailing list, or create an account, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It should be read alongside our Cookie Policy, which covers cookies and similar tracking technologies in more detail.

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, delivery address, and phone number, when you place an order, sign up to our mailing list, or contact us.

  • Order and payment information, including what you've bought, order value, and payment status (payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us).

  • Account information, if you create a member account on the Site.

  • Technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you interact with the Site, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

  • Communications you send us, such as enquiries or commission requests.

 

4. How we use your information

  • To process and fulfil your orders, including arranging shipping and handling payments.

  • To create and manage your account, if you have one.

  • To respond to enquiries, commission requests, and customer service issues.

  • To send you marketing emails about new work, collections, and offers, where you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

  • To improve the Site and understand how it's used.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to process your orders), consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (to run and improve the Site and prevent fraud), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting records).

 

6. Sharing your information

We share personal data with trusted third parties only where necessary to run the Site and fulfil your orders. This includes:

  • our website platform provider (Wix.com);

  • payment processors;

  • our print fulfilment partners — currently Printumo and CreativeHub — who produce and ship made-to-order canvas prints and limited edition prints directly to you, and who receive the order and shipping details (such as your name, delivery address, and order contents) needed to do this; and

  • delivery/courier companies, for original artworks that we ship directly ourselves.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

 

7. International transfers

As we ship worldwide, and because our print fulfilment partners produce and ship prints through their own global distribution networks, your order and delivery information may be processed and shared with fulfilment partners and couriers outside the UK. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in line with UK data protection law.

 

8. How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected. Order and transaction records are generally kept for as long as required by UK tax law (currently up to six years), and marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

 

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, to object to certain processing (including marketing), and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
